Your resume and any reference information gathered by Commercial Design as from the 21st December 2001 needs your authority to use.

The new Privacy Legislation compels Labour Hire Companies such as Commercial Design to gain written authority from those individuals registered in order to act on their behalf to achieve either contract or permanent employment. Certain personal information will by necessity enter into our possession i.e. for hourly rate contract work we require your address, personal TFN , Banking details etc
